Join Sophie's Stall at the Farmers Market for Community Conversations
When: Friday morning at Rat Park, Warriewood
What: Help us bring community conversations and outreach to the heart of the Farmers Market. We're looking for volunteers to grow awareness of Sophie's work, fostering connection and engagement within our community.
Sign up for one of our four shifts:
Thursday, 13 March: Equipment Collection and Delivery
- Task:Collect the marquee and stall equipment from our office storage and deliver them to the market by 7 am on Friday.
- Requirements: You'll need a car that can accommodate a 1.8m long marquee, 3 trestle tables, 4 flags, 4 weighted bases, and a materials tub. You must also be physically able to safely lift 25kg.
- Collection Time: You can collect the materials during office hours at your convenience.
Friday, 14 Mach:
- 7 am - 8 am: Setup
- Help set up the marquee and stall equipment.
- 8 am - 10 am: Early Session
- Engage with the community and provide a listening ear.
- 10 am - 1 pm: Late Session & Pack Down
- Continue connecting with the community and help pack down the stall after the event.
