Thursday 4th July

Collect marquee and stall equipment from the office storage & deliver to markets at 7am on Friday morning. Please note for this shift you'll need a car which can accomodate the 1.8m long marquee, 3 x trestle tables, 4 x flags, 4 x weighted bases and materials tub. You'll also need to be physically able to safely lift 25kg. You can collect the materials during office hours at your convenience. 

Friday 5th July

7am - 8am: Set up the marquee and stall equipment  

8am - 10am: Early session for street listening

10am - 1pm: Late session for street listening & pack down
