Meet in park near basketball court/gym area just south of Newport Surf Club. Wander around there or near Coles or other shops or wherever there are most people - whether near the beach or shops etc. Have a coffee.
Wear your Sophie t-shirts and be visible. Be polite, positive and low key.
Meet at the address 5 mins before the shift starts to meet up with your fellow volunteers.
